Listenerstore offers online courses and advisory services in the field of market psychology, data analysis, and optimization of marketing budgets for e-commerce companies. These terms apply to all agreements between you and Listenerstore, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We provide access to course materials, data tools, and guidance aimed at increasing conversion rates through data analysis and market research. You are obliged to treat the provided information confidentially and not share it with third parties without our prior consent.
All payments must be made according to the rates stated at the time of purchase. Cancellation is possible within 14 days after purchase, provided you have not yet accessed the course materials. No refunds will be given for partial use.
Listenerstore is not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits or data loss, unless there is intent or gross negligence. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the relevant service in the past 12 months.
All course materials, analyses, and methodologies provided by Listenerstore remain our intellectual property. You may only use them for your own business operations and may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
We may terminate the agreement with immediate effect if you act in violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the services will be revoked, and you must destroy all confidential information.
Listenerstore reserves the right to change these terms. Changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email or on our website. If you do not agree, you may terminate the agreement.
